Fantastic car buying experience!

We had been looking for a car for quite some time but just didn’t find anything that felt right. Then we went to Land Rover Palm Beach and worked with Crissy Hawkins. Found the perfect car and we’re so happy! I love my Discovery and I am so pleased with the service we received.

Great experience at this dealership

We drove down from Vero Beach to get our Range Rover serviced. The appointment was very easily set up 3 days prior. It was the best service experience I have ever received from a dealership.our service guide Shawn Phillips was exceedingly professional and very personable. His communication was great. He notified me immediately at the completion of service and they took care of everything we discussed during the initial conversation. I would highly recommend him and this dealership. We also met it’s a new car salesman who was knowledgeable and very professional as well. The visit deserves a 10 for quality and ease of doing business.

Danny Racz is exceptional!

From the very beginning of my interaction with Danny Racz (salesguide), I was impressed with his exemplary customer service. He was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured. Most of my interaction was done online and Danny took the time to answer all of my questions and offer advice (even after hours). Once a deal was made, taking delivery of the vehicle was fast, smooth, and without any surprises. Once a deal was made, I met with Aaron Thigpen (finance manager) and he took the time to explain all of the finance forms and answer any questions, and I never felt pressured. I have always been wary of car salesmen but Danny's honesty and customer service redefined the stereotype and made the process of leasing a vehicle an enjoyable experience. I definitely recommend Land Rover Palm Beach and Danny Racz!
