I bought my Range Rover sport fron this dealer and had a great experience with Juan in 2015. I live in Miami but still decided to service my vehicle where I purchased. I took it in for what was to be a normal service which ended up being a four day nightmare... I was overcharged on my bill (“oops was a mistake- do you want a credit for next time or a refund”). Basic part needed to be ordered and couldnt be overnighted. I had a family member pick up the part in another city and hand deliver it to the dealer at my cost with assurances car would be ready next morning. It was not... no explanation. Finally 3.5 hrs after car promised-(which is 4 days after bringing in initially) , car was ready. Throughout the process treated with condescension and arrogance. Never will return. This service experience made me regret purchasing this vehicle.
