Very Happy with the Experience Delivered

MaryAnn, my sales person was the best and she went out of her way to help me and she was knowledgeable about the entire Range Rover product line. My overall experience was absolutely phenomenal and stress free. I will also add that the rest of the team there at Land Rover of Palm Beach were awesome (Callout to: Teresa the finance Lady).

My dream car

Several years ago I saw my dream car in the Land Rover advertisement on the stock market channel. I said to my husband "that's the one I want" and pointed to the Zanzibar colored Evoque. He laughed and said I'd have to wait a few years. Well a few years went by. Several times a year I looked at the used Evoques but never could find the Zanzibar color that I wanted. Last summer we bought my mother-in-laws 95 Cadillac SRX with only 13,000 miles on it. No sooner than I got it home it started giving us problems...modules going out. After a week the key wouldn't come out of the ignition. Nightly I disconnected the battery so it wouldn't discharge. Finally got that fixed and a week later another module went out and I couldn't get the car to lock. I could tell we weren't going to get along! In February we decided to get rid of the Cadillac. My husband said "why don't you see if you can find that little car you like". Fat chance I thought, but got on the internet and searched Range Rover Evoque Zanzibar and lo and behold there it was at the Land Rover Palm Beach....I live in Colorado. We talked with several sales people and ended up with Kevin. He was great! Answered my many questions, got us a great price, good warranty, and stored the car almost two months until we could get there to pick it up. My last problem could have been my husband...what if he didn't like it? Kevin picked us up at the West Palm Beach train station and on the way back to the dealership showed us all the bells and whistles and answered my husband's many questions. Long story short, I got my dream car...named him Valentino since he was my Valentines Day present and almost had to fight my husband to drive him back to Colorado. Had a great drive back home! Thank you Kevin and thank you Land Rover Palm Beach.

Car buying experience at Palm Beach Land Rover

My car buying experience at Palm Beach Land Rover was EXCELLENT !!!! My salesman, Juan Marquez was in one word SUPERB. From greeting me and welcoming me to the dealership to walking me out and making sure I understood everything about the vehicle I had just purchased. I would STRONGLY recommend that if you are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle, you go to Palm Beach Land Rover and ask for Juan Marquez. He will make your experience more than worth while.

Best experience I've ever had!

I recently purchased my very first brand new car. I had the most wonderful experience at Land Rover PB. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Kevin Painter really is the man!

A Plus, Crissy was great.

Crissy was professional , courteous and new exactly what I wanted. Showed me the vehicles I wanted to see within my price range, got the vehicle of my choice. Set up appointment and had no wait. When it was time to pick up my vehicle it was ready, clean, and Crissy explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this dealer and Crissy. Purchased new 2016 Range Rover Sport.
