Yesterday, I purchased a 2014 Range Rover SC for my wife. The entire experience from ordering, purchasing to vehicle overview was exceptional. I had an outstanding experience at Palm Beach Land Rover. I was assisted by Juan and he was extremely helpful in selecting a vehicle that was absolutely perfect for me. I felt he listening to my needs and made the buying process a breeze. Even after that he provided exceptional communication instructing me on the ins and outs of the vehicle and making sure I was completely satisfied with my selection. I recently purchased my first Range Rover. I had the car built and delivered to the Palm Beach facility. My salesman, Kevin Painter, could not have been more accommodating. I left feeling like I knew the car fully. I'm 46 years old and sometimes new technology is a little intimidating but Kevin went through every button and had me practice everything so I was sure that I got it. I didn't just feel like a commission. This car has all kinds of bells and whistles that I will be using continuously. He also introduced me to the repair dept, as I am leasing this car and will definitely have to visit that dept to maintain this beauty.

I currently drive a RR sport and am looking to buy another one. Went to the dealership to look at the inventory but was sadden that the inventory was limited. Worked with Juan as I always do. Even after he knew I was not interested in any of the current inventory he still spent time with me not rushing me out the door. It is great working with him. Juan Marquez is my salesman, he is by far the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable about the Range Rover's. His follow up skills and level of customer service exceed my expectations. He was sure to have the car ready as promised, and explained the car in detail and spent as much time as we wanted him to. Ishmail made buying my new car one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Normally, I dread walking into a dealership because of the "pressure" and negotiating, but I can honestly say my purchase was completed within a timely manner and with little stress.
