I was a little unhappy when I brought my van back to have it fixed for a linker and brake light that I had already paid $600+ to have a new light put on and then had to pay another hundred plus to have them check wiring that should’ve been checked the first time

Morgan from service is always wonderful to work with. She's very personable, she must have a photographic memory because months go by and she remembers things from previous conversations. She's delightful.

Service is not consistent. We have had great experiences but also terrible ones. Hard to trust their work all of the time and hard to feel that we are valued as a customer.

Based on this visit, all was good, as it was covered under warranty. Other visits have not been that way, as they have always come up with lots of very expensive work they claim I need done. Not so sure I trust them
