Great service.

Great service. I had to last minute change my appointment time and Morgan was able to squeeze me in. I've been going there for a year now and everyone has been great. It all started when I needed snow tires. Ryan was able to make it happen so I didn't miss my trip. It's been painless every appointment so far.

Incredible service.

Incredible service. Very polite and helpful. My car had a couple different issues that they help me work through! I felt they always looked out for my best interest. Polite and honest! Highly recommend

In for regular service, 2 new tires, alignment and a

In for regular service, 2 new tires, alignment and a starting battery on our GLC-300. Was greeted on-line and checked-in by Morgan who was courteous and efficient, and who communicated well throughout the day regarding needs / status. Received a quality loaner car to use and the work was completed satisfactorily and on-time. Always a good experience.

Update to Review - Their New Sales Manager Cal Rude

Update to Review - Their New Sales Manager Cal Rude called today and is Fedex the missing MB Tyre repair kit out. He acted as soon as he got word - kudos to him for taking care of this as soon as he saw it. Found C300 on Line, this ended up being a cash deal. Asked beforehand to verify the car was complete (Keys, Spare, Manual) with Manager Michael, was told it was. Price was agreed as well delivery to my home. Smooth to this point. When car arrived after my inspection found the emergency flat repair kit was missing. Matt Wagner the rep who delivered car said he would order and send to me on July 25. I had not heard from Matt so texted on Aug 9 and he replied he'd have it in a couple weeks. On Sept. 19 texted him again and was told He checked with Parts Dept. it was "backordered with no ETA"

Brand new owners and desperate to fix an engine light

Brand new owners and desperate to fix an engine light caused by a faulty Nox sensor. Called on Friday 1:30 pm and talked to Shane and he assured me that the part would be in for repair by Monday. We adjust our camping plans to accommodate and was at the dealership at 7:30 am. 2 hours later, the Altas is not fixed because they didn’t have the part saying the part was not ordered in time (before 4 pm). We were unable to stay so drove to our destination 3 hours away. Next day, still no part. We gave up working with this dealership and will go back to Michigan to get it fixed. So far, not so impressed with MB
