This was a very nice and enjoyable experience. The sales staff was nice and helpful, but laid back. We were allowed to wonder around the lot and check out cars at out leisure. Absolutely no pressure to buy!

You cannot get better service from any dealership. They made buying a car easy and really worked with me. If I was going to ever buy another car, it would be from them. No gimmicks, totally upfront and transparent.

Love the car I bought but I was CAREFUL about taking it to a mechanic that I selected and trusted before I bought it. That is the #1 rule. Even the deal er may not know all that's wrong or right with the car. I liked the no-pressure helpful attitudes when I first came to the lot. I also appreciated the fact that they, too, stressed having the car looked at before I bought it. The buying process itself was a bit rough because the senior salesperson took over and adopted a "take my price and like it or leave it" approach. After having all my offers rejected, I left it. Came back a couple of hours later and one of the more resourceful salespersons found a way to give a little on the price. (Thank you, Alex.) They then took care of several minor items that needed fixing, threw in some floor mats and now I will definitely return when looking for my next used car. Would not have felt that way if I had not been given any concessions on the price. All were polite and pleasant - but sometimes the customer needs to feel s/he got at least a little bit of a "win".
