We came to Marietta Auto Mall to purchase a first car for our son. We were impressed by the open honesty of the Sales Associate Will. He helped with getting our son set up with a good car and walked him through the loan process. We would come back again and recommend this place .

Car hunting on Saturday from out of town in Atlanta and after visiting three dealerships in Marietta, my husband and I came across this dealership, Marietta Auto Mall Center. After reading a few online reviews, good and bad, we decided to drop by. And what a Pleasant car buying experience we have had. It wasn't the fanciest dealership but a decent place as we were not shopping for a Ferrari but a Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla perhaps. As we parked our SUV and walked towards cars, we noticed prices and mileage posted on all of the cars which made us feel comfortable. A few minutes into browsing, a salesman came to greet us. He told us to take our time browsing and let him know which car we are interested in and he'll bring the keys for us to test drive, leaving us to browse. We noticed that most of their cars were surprisingly low mileage and good clean condition, better than what we had been looking at and driving at other three area dealerships since morning. We picked two cars and went in the office. We noticed three signage of "Pre-Sale Inspection, AS-IS, and Extended Warranty Purchase" posted in their sales office. The salesman made a copy of my husbands' Drivers' License and gave us the keys to go ahead and test drive. We asked to see the total price including all taxes and fees. He gave us a print out of total price and asked if we would be financing or writing a check. We wanted to pay cash. Then he printed the Carfax history report to give it to us without our asking for it yet. He also mentioned that if we like any of the cars after our test drive and would like to purchase it, he would strongly recommend us to have it inspected Before purchasing or signing any paperwork. We were not familiar with area and didn't know any mechanic in the area. He mentioned that there are many mechanic shops within 10 mile radius including Toyota and Honda dealerships. My husband loved the idea of inspection as it was a used car. So we test drove both cars and I picked the Civic and we took it to Honda dealership for inspection. Honda service advisor told us that Civic has new oil change, new front brakes, rear brakes 90%, and 4 new decent brand Kumho tires and the car is in great condition overall. He recommended us air filter replacement only. Very happy with the inspection, we returned back after an hour and thirty minutes and my husband decided to finance our car purchase. The salesman took us to the finance manager who gave us a credit application to fill out. We asked if they can change the air filter per Honda service advisor and the salesman called the owner who authorized it without hesitation. As we got a very low finance rate. as expected due to our great credit, we decided to purchase an Extended Warranty to cover our new used car investment. We were all done with paperwork within thirty minutes or so even though they were swamped with customers, some waiting to drive and others purchasing cars. A Customer next to us mentioned with pride that she and her husband were purchasing their third vehicle from Marietta Auto Mall in five years for their family. Amazed and happy at our wonderful car buying experience, we happen to meet the owner by our car who thanked us for our purchase and gave us his business card with his cell number on it. He told us to call him directly if he can help us and do anything for us in future. We commended him on his wonderful dealership operation and his professional no pressure sales and finance staff. That was January 2015 and the car is running just lovely. My husband and I have recommended many of our friends and family members to Marietta Auto Mall Center and one has already purchased a vehicle from them last month. Thank you Marietta Auto Mall Center and we will be your customers anytime we need another car which would be soon for our children.

I have purchased my last two vehicles from this dealership and both times it was the easiest experience I have ever had. I was working with Ray Khan, the finance manager, on Tuesday. He was able to get me financed at a respectable rate and I drove off with a Lexus RX 330 in less than two hours. Don't let the building fool you ( they obviously don't waste their money on expensive real estate or a fancy location BUT ..... That is probably where they save money and pass it on to their customers. Thanks guys! I love my new car !!

We sent a request about a specific vehicle and received no reply. If they aren't interested enough to answer questions then we guess they don't need our business.

I bought a 2011 Honda CR-Z and the sales staff was very helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone buying an auto from them. They made an experience that can be a little nerve racking very easy and enjoyable.

May 2014: I purchased a 2007 Toyota Corolla LE. I spent weeks going dealer to dealer and was tired of the tricks and over priced cars on their lots. However I would recommend this dealership to any one of my friends. My Salesman (Dan) was very friendly and helpful. No pressure at all. They had a good selection in different price ranges. I felt like I got a good/fair deal on my car. I would definitely add this dealership to your list if your looking for a good used car,

My husband & I were looking for a Toyota Rav4 for myself. I didn't want anything else. We drove an hour & a half to get there, but it was worth it. I had contacted them to make sure they still had it before we started the drive up. They had it ready for us to take a look at when we got there. It was clean inside & out. They let us do the test drive by ourself so we weren't high pressured into buying it. My husband & I both drove it and then my husband took a real good look at it when we got back to the lot. Even though it was a 2004 model, it is still in good shape. The whole buying process was pleasant & easy.

My husband and I were in the market to buy 2 vehicles for our teenagers. We were very specific on what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. We looked at several dealerships thinking that we would find a good deal with a reputable dealer... but they all wanted alot more than we were willing to pay. My husband found Marietta Auto Mall on the internet and called them. We were a little leary, but decided to drive the 3 1/2 hours from Alabama to Ga to take a look. We found they had several cars that were in our price range as well as the type we wanted - Honda Civic. We purchased two Honda Civic Coupes... When we got them home we took them to our mechanic to make sure they were good vehicles... Both vehicles were in excellent condition. We were very pleased with the Sales team as well as the adminstrative personnel at Marietta Auto Mall... they exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend them highly!

In October 2013 my husband and I had visited a few other car lots looking for a Toyota Corolla. We drove a couple but decided to keep looking and accidentally stumbled across Marietta Auto Mall. They had one Corolla left and it was in much better condition than the other two we drove for almost the same price at the other car lots. We've been driving it for almost 6 months and it's only been in the shop once for minor maintenance repairs. We are very satisfied and would buy from them again...they have a huge selection of toyotas and hondas. And that's what we were looking for a good used car that gets good gas mileage.
