I got my car inspected at bmw and I went to pick up my car a few days later at 6pm prior to closing . The staff could not access my keys I was upset but the manager Lucious was able to assist and contact staff to provide my keys. I am rarely a difficult customer But when I am I appreciate workers like Lucious who have the ability to provide solutions when dealing with a difficult problems. & not like other judge mental staff who look the other way when they can assist! Again I Thank you 😊 for all you do! And thank you will Fernandez as well !

My husband ordered me a 230 Convertible for my birthday and I couldn’t be happier! The car arrived at the time expected and we enjoyed following its journey across the Atlantic Ocean. Lucius was a pleasure to work with, by far the best salesman at checkered flag we have come across. Most salesman are more interested in manipulating, than listening, which i feel is disrespectful of today's buyer since most buyers today do their research. I feel he is an asset to this dealership and wish more salesman were on the same level. This is how you make return customers!
