Never go here!!!

I do the snowbird thing from Seattle to Bullhead city. My transmission blew in my 2012 Ford escape on the way down. My tow service took it to the Ford dealership because it was close to where I was.. when I asked them how much to fix the transmission I was quoted $10,000 for a repair!!! When I drove up there (had to rent a car) they told me they would give me $100.00 for my car!!! Sergio was the salesman, this place is a rip off!!! Aamco transmission is fixing it for $3,500. Stay far away from this dealership!! Every word out of their mouths is a lie & total xxxxxxxx,, I think they thought because I was a single lady I wouldn’t know what they were doing but I have been fixing & maintaining my own cars for years!!! Was waiting for them to tell me my headlight fluid was low too!!! Total RIPOFF, I am reporting them to FORD corporate too!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Joseph was great, he was nice and helpful and got us in and out without a worry. If I were to buy another ford I would go to him

Great car buying experience!

I expected everybody at the dealership to be typical car salespeople, and I was pleasantly surprised! Joe Christensen and Kim Lara went above and beyond to not only get me the car I wanted but also at a good price/interest! Very personable and knowledgeable. Will definitely buy a car from them again if the need arises.

Fantastic service and experience.

I went to Friendly Ford looking for a dark red Mustang GT I was dead set on that specific one. Joe showed me a dark grey magnetic and I was completely seduced. I feel I got a great price and it was seamless from showing the car to putting keys in hand. I enjoyed my experience buying a car. Surprising Right? Thanks Joe Christensen....the car is awesome and buying from Friendly Ford was worth it.

AWESOME JOB

Sales Associate did an awesome job. He was very professional and knowledgeable which made me very comfortable. He explain in detail on the SUV I purchased. This was like a new toy for me.

Impressive customer service.

I went to check on this place looking for a car I saw online and had a great time. The person who help me was this very nice lady Dalia. I felt very confortable asking all the questions and she help me greatly. I was impressed that she went above and beyond helping me even after I mentioned that I was there just to check on the car and not ready to purchase yet.
