Service Manager (Kevin) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The technician did a great job. He was also friendly and professional. The shop was spotless. I am very pleased and satisfied.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. GOT MY CAR THE SAME DAY. I EVEN REFFERED MY FRIEND. OTIS AND SCOTT DID EXCELLENT QUALITY OF SERVICE. I'M VERY PLEASED TO SAY THAT I WILL SEND ANYONE HERE.

I went here to get my car and I didn't have a single problem, I even took my friend the next day to get a car and she did, also 100% problem free. Every customer that was in there seemed to be getting treated very nicely. My friend and I both got great deals on our cars and my friend doesn't have that good of credit but didn't have a problem at all.

I bought a car from them about 10 months ago. I have yet to receive my tags and registration. I had an outside loan approval but they told me theres would be better. The guy behind the desk punching numbers didn't really communicate with me, just hurriedly took my information. I told him how much I had for a down payment. How much I was willing to spend. He said okay. Only afterwards did he tell me he told my finance company that I gave a down payment $700 more than what I said. And said I was responsible for it and to lie to Exeter when they called to verify or else I wouldn't get my car. They'll dodge emails and phone calls. Put you on hold forever and hang up, or that person isn't in the office. When I posted a complaint on Google. calling out one of the reviewers who gave them an excellent rating as someone who works there, they would only contact me through a blocked number, and would not answer my questions via email. Shady and dispicable. I'm a single mom and they wanted to make my life harder, on top of squeezing me dry for an overpriced car that I later found a bag of Burger King trash up underneath my seat as well as a broken windshield wiper fluid reservoir. It's unreal. Many of my friends asked me where I got my car, and if they should go there too and I said STAY FAR AWAY.

They made me drive 40 minutes away to play games and try to rip me off nothing they said was true I would not buy anything from these guys they prey on the weak

Everyone was awesome from the moment i walked onto the lot- very helpful in getting me a vehicle- highly recommend this place!

This is to respond to the negative review posted by "Shock". For one we do appreciate you coming out and checking out our inventory, and I apologize if you feel like you were mistreated. I believe in the customer is always right, and if you had stated a formal complaint I would have acted on it immediately. I am not aware of which employee you talked to but again I apologize on behalf of Apollo Auto Sales and if you would consider coming back we would appreciate the opportunity. We know its hard to please everyone but that is our ultimate goal in order to maintain long term success.

Apollo was an absolute disgrace as far as customer service goes. The salesman was actually very nice and accommodating. Different story once you enter the office. The 'managers' were appalling. I have never been spoken to so rudely at any business ever, and I work in Philly, so that's saying something. I am shocked that they run their business speaking to customers that way. Do not waste your time, or your money.

I saw their commercial on TV and thought that it would be worth the drive from Wilmington, De if they can put me in a car despite my past credit problems. Not only did they get me approved but I was able to drive home the same day with a newer vehicle. I would highly recommend this company and would go back to purchase another vehicle from them
