Pleasant experience. Knowledgeable salesman with a great personality. He had so much patience with us and all our questions. And we bought a beautiful car.

I had polestar upgrade and they were very informative and quick. They also answered the phone when I called to get information regarding price and making an appointment. The local Volvo dealer never answered the phone and I left two messages without a return call.

I was pleasently surprised by how friendly and helpful all the staff are. As soon as I drove up someone was there to help me and answered all my concerns. Juan had even test drove with me to see what I was talking about with a sound I had heard and explained to me that it was normal. I was also really impressed by how they explained to me the whole time what was going on with my car and kept me updated and at one point even showed me what they were talking about and never pressured me into purchasing something I never fully understood. Also while I was sitting in the waiting area everyone was so friendly and kept walking through and making sure I was doing okay. I spoke with several of the stuff and each one of them was so nice and made my first visit very nice and enjoyable.

Shopping for an XC90, Ontario Volvo had an impressive inventory and a fantastic staff to help make a deal. Brett Osborn runs a great shop and he made sure we had what we needed throughout the process.. can?t recommend them enough.

The way in which my issue was addressed on short notice st the end of the workday.

Sydney our sales person eas extremely personable and experienced. The GM and finance managers are extremely easy to work with and noone was high pressure. Even buying the extended warranty was low pressure. Really this was a 1st class experience. These guys understand their customer base and treat them accordingly.

The service department is excellent. Juan the service manager is wonderful to work with. Always happy and willing to do what he can to make it a great experience. I've needed to use the shuttle service and there is never a problem even keeping them over time. All the employees in the service area have been exceptional.

This is a great, relaxed atmosphere dealership. The sales people are fabulous, I went through Mike Flaherty and he was knowledgeable, courteous and very patient. He never did the hard sell tactics and continued to stay in touch w/me even though I didn't buy on my first visit.
