Grand Subaru

I went to get a used Dodge Caravan and delt with Jorge Calvillo and test drove 2 vans. Jorge answered my questions and treated me with respect. He was very friendly and I felt no pressure. I decided on getting 1 of the vans and was turned over to Andrew Jennings for the paper work and was also treated properly. It was really a pleasure dealing with Grand Subaru after a bad experience at another dealer.

I ordered a new Outback and was told a delivery date. That date was met. This is not easy to do these days. A very positive experience with Grand Subaru.

We were very happy with the customer service Kiril gave us, he did a great job in helping us through the process, especially since he had to fill in when the associate we had previously worked with had an emergency that day and couldn't be there. Kiril took over our account and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase.

Cameron, our sales person, did a great job. While the vehicle was in transit, he kept me informed as to anticipated delivery date. He fully answered all questions. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, he covered all aspects of its operation, and even sent me some videos to help me post sale. He was always pleasant and straightforward in every aspect of the sale.

My experience with Cameron at Grand Subaru was amazing. He kept me updated on the status of the car I was interested in, and he worked very hard to make the purchasing process as efficient and seamless at the dealership as possible. I truly appreciated that and I absolutely love my new Subaru!

The whole team was very courteous and our vehicle was ready for pick up when we expected. The car was spotless and full of gas ready to go. Gabe made a special point to have everything prepared knowing that we were coming in with our little kids and needed a quick turnaround. He was great, very professional and respectful of our time.
