Grand Subaru

Grand Subaru is a fine dealership, I thought their prices were competitive, and the used inventory pretty large. They get a little carried away with automated emails. Kiril is friendly and responsive. He has offered to fix a small detail on the car that was not noticed during the inspections which is very much appreciated.

As a BMW loyalist, I was hesitantly curious to see what the "Subaru Rage" was all about. It was time for a new vehicle, many of my friends drive Subaru's, so I was curious. Let me begin with my experiencing the easiest hassle free test drive EVER. My questions were easily answered, and believe me I had many. I drove various models which helped me arrive at the Outback Touring. No exaggeration, the Outback has more safety features and conveniences than my X5. Kiril was patient and informative, his product knowledge was amazing. My overall satisfaction and impression of Grand Subaru is OUTSTANDING. The General Manager, Ryan Drouin, made himself available to answer questions throughout the entire process. Nichole is helpful going through all the details of my new Crosstrek. I already have an Outback but there are some new features on this new car. I didn't feel any pressure when Nicole was showing me some other options like maintenance package and windshield protection insurance. Most importantly I got a great deal at Grand Subaru. I started my search for a lightly used Subaru WRX STI at the beginning of 2018. I had done some research and test drove a few cars here in the Nashville area, but was having issues being taken seriously by a dealer here. Eventually I ran into the immaculate 2016 Hyper Blue Edition STI located at the Grand Subaru dealership. I reached out to the online sales department and received a cheerful response from Nealy who was very eager to answer all the questions I had. She was more than happy to answer all my questions promptly and even took photos of the underside of the care to show how well maintained the vehicle was. All of this over the top customer service I received from Nealy made it a no brainer to make the drive up from Nashville, TN to the Chicagoland area to see this car in person. When I arrived the courteous staff took me to their waiting area which was equipped with any amenity you could possibly need. Nealy came out to greet me after finishing up with her previous client and her personality matched exactly with her cheerful manner that she spoke with over the phone. She took me down to their climate controlled showroom to see the car and it looked EXACTLY as it was pictured if not better! Obviously the test drive went great and the paperwork was a breeze when finishing everything up with Brandon. I was offered a generous trade in value for my vehicle especially with the quotes I received sight unseen with only some photos I sent over of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. All in all I would highly recommend Grand Subaru to anyone looking to buy new or used. They had a fantastic selection of vehicles and I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again if I ever needed to purchase another vehicle in the future. Nicole is very easy to speak with, I felt comfortable with her immediately. I am a union member, so purchasing a Subaru Forester is difficult because my goal is to keep union people working. The Forester rates well and Nicole could not be nicer or more professional.
