Called from out of state with questions about a specific vehicle, long delays in responses. Ended up not being able to hit my target cost. Then a few days later they offered to lower the price to my target cost but then didn't get back with me quickly and they ended up selling it while I was waiting for a response... Frustrating interaction.

Our truck blew a high pressure radiator hose a thousand

Our truck blew a high pressure radiator hose a thousand miles from home and after calling around, these guys were the only ones that said they could get it fixed that day or possibly the next. When we got there, not only did they have both parts that we needed in stock but the tech was very very nice and had us back on the road in about an hour. Everyone we spoke to was very kind. They could have easily told us that they were so backed up with other repairs like the other dealerships, but they didn't and for that we are forever thankful.

We went in just to look after we received a flyer for a promotion the dealership was having. We looked at and decided we wanted to buy a used equinox that was in the flyer. In the flyer it showed $321 for 84 months with no down payment plus tax tag and title. They said they would give us $4000 as a trade in. When we looked over the paperwork, they were going to have our payments over $400 a month for 84 months. The price they listed on the paperwork for the car was over $4000 more than the total payments would have been on the flyer.

This makes the third Truck I have purchased at this

This makes the third Truck I have purchased at this dealership since the 90's. As always the staff is professional and experienced. Terrell Smith sold me my Ford Ranger and I would highly recommend him as he is very knowledgeable , kind, and honest. Diana Burcham

Service was great.

Service was great. Extensive timing chain/phaser work taken care of with no problems. One dealer didn't even want to fix the issue. Had a great warranty and they had no problems dealing with that. About as easy on my end as you can get.

Buyer Beware - Bait and Switch

Had a Maverick on order for 6 months and the dealer lost their allocation. They reached out to me 6 months later with an available Maverick and tried to add a $5000-$10000 addendum instead of honoring the initial pricing. Typical stealership.

Better deal with a better sales person

Here’s why I like Town and Country Ford on Preston 1. My sales person Mr. David Reed, I first bought a F150 in 09 and then my wife and bought two more cars from David. Then I called Mr Reed and asked him to look for a newer truck for me he called back in less then an 30 minutes with everything I wanted. 2. We got everything and more from the dealership 3 The finance department was wonderful and they gave me better then my credit union or bank could give me. For my 2019 F150 with every bell and whistle I wanted 4. When I decided to buy David had the day off and I said I could wait another day and instead he met me at the dealership to close the deal. 5. Relationships matter greatly, and David is why I came back to Town and Country Ford
