Fast and reliable service. Dennis, the service technician, contacted me and informed me what the issues were with my vehicle. Andrew, the service writer, then followed up with updates on the services being performed on my car. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction, and I was very pleased with the work done.

Greg Doucette was very helpful showing us many truck

Greg Doucette was very helpful showing us many truck styles and options allowing us to figure out what we really wanted. After our decision was made, Greg searched upper midwest dealerships to locate our ideal truck and also presented the option to build new. It truly was a low pressure, positive buying experience with up front prices, no haggling, and no gimmicks. Greg is very friendly and exudes plenty of Minnesota charm. I had my oil changed on Tuesday the 9th of November and

I had my oil changed on Tuesday the 9th of November and the oil was not full it was down about 1 inch mynbf checked it when i got home and he said it wasn?t full.

Purchased a 2024 pickup and salesman Rainier Schiller was

Purchased a 2024 pickup and salesman Rainier Schiller was excellent. Very professional and friendly and could answer all questions in terms we could understand. Had all paperwork ready but did not rush us. He certainly knew everything about the truck. Will certainly recommend Rainier to anyone and because of him we recommend your dealership.

Buying process was excellent. Bryce took good care and followed through on my first oil change had a few things I couldn?t remember how to do. Service department went through everything with me very courteous very patient and very thorough.

Sad salesman

Was shopping online and was contacted by a salesman Jason who was a compleat failure. Unable to properly communicate any of the information I asked for. This disappointing salesman totally lost a sale for the dealership, Simply asked to talk with sales manager about price and just got blew off.
