A pleasant experience

I never thought I would say that but.....Just driving by and saw "The Truck" on the lot. Met Andy Maruska and a couple days later drove home in a new (used) truck. Andy is personable, very knowledgable, and low pressure. He gave us time to think about it and make sure that the deal worked out in our best interest. I will not hesitate to contact Andy and Tenvoorde for my future business.

2015 F250 purchase

no pressure purchase

When I went in to look at a vehicle, I was greeted by Andy. He was amazing and courteous and made sure that I and my family were comfortable. He let us test drive a Tucson Hyundai, and didn't bat an eye at letting us take it to our mechanic. After finding an issue wrong with the vehicle, Andy really went the extra mile in making sure it was a repair I wouldn't have to pay for. He was conscientious and cheerful, and he didn't treat me like a stupid woman or try yo upsell me on extra accessories or something out of my price range. I really appreciated working with him and would do so again. I still have the Tucson and love it.

Brake system analysis

Great Experience

Let me start by saying I despise buying cars, I would rather move and do it by myself, than buy a car. However, Mike Tenvoorde and Darin Ennen were excellent, very professional, and they knew and respected the fact I didn't want to play the "car games" consumers fear. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour in my F150.
