Had tires rotated then, a few days later, experienced low pressure alert. Pressure had not been set at manufacturer recommendation (33) but at 30. Was told that was normal and not to worry about it. Asked for air to be put in tires. New pressure is now 36 - still not 33 and now OVER inflated instead of UNDER inflated. Was told that was normal and not to worry about it. Just had my husband set all tires at manufacturer specification. Wonder what else they chose not to do correctly for oil change and other work performed.

Have bought numerous Toyotas from Nick R and he is very friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy. He is easy to communicate with and when the car was delivered did a great job of showing all the features and answered all my questions and said to call or visit any time should any new questions or issue arise. Would highly rcommend Nick R for any one buying a new vehicle. Would also like to commend Erica in the finance Dept. for expaining all of the paperwork that needed to be signed in easy to understand language. Also, she did a great job of explaining all of the extra plans that were avaiable for purchase yet was not pushy and when we said no to some she honored my decision.
