I wish I would have taken down the names of all of the people who stopped to check to see if I needed anything while I waited for my car to be serviced. I leased a RAV4 from this dealership in May, 2015. My mother had just had a stroke and the salesman was very accommodating. Although I didn't need it, he offered to bring the car out to my house. Yesterday was my first ToyotaCare service appointment and I felt like a queen! The service department is to be commended. They told me exactly how long it would take and delivered on that promise. The waiting room is comfortable and I experienced the staff as going out of their way to please everyone. I thought the service was exceptional at the last Toyota dealership (I've been buying/leasing Toyotas for 40 years), but this one is better (and friendlier).

Took my Camry Hybrid in for a air bag recall and thing were handled promptly and accurately by friendly staff. An easy in and out.
