My sales person Nick, finance manager Joe and Mike were terrific! Nick was honest, knowledgeable and kind. Nick and Joe took the time to understand my vehicle needs as well as financial requirements. What was a huge deterrent from such an amazing experience was the GM Jimmy who was yelling in the dealership to all the sales team to get upstairs immediately. He had them evacuate the sales floor AND it totally killed the positive environment. I then went up to the GM and told him what a great experience I had with Nick, Joe and Mike and he barely looked at me and acknowledged my praise for the team. I was so disappointed that GM leader turned my amazing experience and the teams and is such a sour time. Again, Nick and Mike were fantastic. The GM does have a few lessons to learn about customer service as well as how to treat your employees in front of customers.

Great experience! I’m 67 and this is the first new car I’ve ever bought! Quentin was fantastic! Walked me through the entire process. Spent a good deal of time with me in the yard looking at different cars. Very friendly staff! Even got a free gift! Chris in the payment department was also excellent! He was full of advice and explained all the charges to me. Overall, it was an great experience, and I would recommend Volkswagen Of Fort Myers to anyone looking to buy a new car!
