Great Service!
They were upfront and honest with the cars past. They didn't hide anything, although the easily could have and sold the car for more. They even recommended other cars knowing exactly what was perfect for me. Friendly service and great people working down there. Keep up the good work guys!

Crashed my car and had to rent a car Finks Rents Cars . My car was done for so I got a 2012 Jetta at Finks. they did my loan at a local bank. Big selection Great people easy to deal with. I Know my Fater inLaw got a new camper their and loves it.

Buying experience was excellent
I was looking for a low mileage 2007-2008 Cadillac CTS and located one on Cars.com in Zanesville at Finks Quality Used Autos. I live approximately 75 miles from Zanesville and was a little hesitant buying a used car from a used car lot so far from my home. After a couple of discussions by phone with Larry about my trade I traveled to Zanesville to pickup the car. Finks has a huge assortment of used vehicles and a terrific show room. The deal was painless and I drove away in about of hour with my new low mileage vehicle. The experience could not have been better.

BEWARE
I bought a car here in April of 2013, the car had 8,800 miles on it, and after driving it for less than four months and not even 1500 miles the clutch went out. I had to spend 1,800.00 for repairs, while this was being repaired the service tech noticed that the rear end seal was also leaking fluid from the rear gear. Also when I purchased the car the oil was not changed, it was dirty and in desperate need of a change. Finks, you should have a certified mechanic look at the vehicles you sell to avoid these problems for future customers. Come on man!!!!

Found car I was looking for at a price I could aff
I was looking for a Buick enclave and all I found either had too many miles, too high priced or did not have the options that I wanted. At Finks they had what I wanted, at a price that I could afford. Salesmen were very friendly and did not pressure me to buy. I will definitely go back to Finks the next time I am in the market for a car.
