Very good sales service. However too long of a wait in...

Very good sales service. However too long of a wait in the show room on 12/31/20 to sign Documents and pick up the truck later. We had a 10:00am appointment to finalize the sale, and we could not be scene until 1:40pm. Arrived at 10:00am. Left at 3:00pm. Five hours is too long. The price and deal was already done on the 30th of December

good service, my truck is clean as xxxx with the best price i seen in 1500 miles, took a couple weeks to get plates but thats out of there hands due to covid, no complaints about nothin

Very good customer service. Polite. Easy to deal with. Helpful and friendly. Not high pressure sales. Makes me want to buy all my vehicles there. Seriously!!

Absolutely horrible customer service and communication.I...

Absolutely horrible customer service and communication.I made a service apt 2 weeks prior to dropping my truck of to have a truck side fisher plow installation installed. Truck was dropped off at the dealership the nite before and was told when I made the appointment it would be ready around lunch time the day of my appointment, not only was it not done at that time when I arrived around 4 that afternoon it was still in the same parking as were I had parked it. When I went inside to ask why my vehicle hadn't been worked on I was just giving the run around and was told it would be ready the following day. The extra day I received a call and was told my vehicle was ready for pick up apon picking up my vehicle I noticed wires were chaffed to and some were being pulled down when you applied the brake pedal.I contacted the service manager and he seamed surprised so I sent him pictures of my concerns and he talked with the technician who did the install and had advised i bring it back in and they would repair the harness I declined as I am capable of repairng it myself and didn't have the time to drop off my truck another day.

Once again, I received immediate service and solution to my catastrophic cooling failure at 4:12 pm. Despite the lateness of the hour staff found a way to get my issue resolved. Thank you and great job guys.

This is my second time leasing a vehicle from Marty’s and I was very satisfied. The the people answering the telephone, the sales department representatives, sales manager, business dept representative and service department personnel were all knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this dealership and will definitely return.

Ultimately got the job done, but we had to bring the...

Ultimately got the job done, but we had to bring the vehicle in several times for the same issue that got worse over time. Finally pushed back so hard that they did what I asked and determined that what we were right in our assessment. My recommendation is to listen to your customers more and quit thinking we are not smart enough to figure things out, or when we are getting the brush off. The cumulative total time that our vehicle was at Marty’s possession is almost a month. When the final determination was what we’ve been telling you over the course of 8 months, was able to be resolved in 3 business days. That’s time we will never get back trying to deal with your service advisers. But thanks for getting it done. Also if you have someone’s vehicle in your lot for that amount of time. Maybe give it a little bath. Had to scrub the black crud off today.

Unfortunately I was in a car accident in November. Marty's came to my rescue! Kevin and John were awesome to deal with! Very fair!
