Great Service, Timely

Overall, I had a good experience. I was pleased how the car was taken as I arrived for my scheduled appt. The person who checked me in was on the phone. He never addressed that I was sitting at his desk (by saying one minute). When i made the appt I posted comments for the radio. The radio was not checked as requested. Upon check out the woman did not acknowledge me. I had to ask for help even though I was standing in front of her. That being said the young man who brought my car up willingly vacuum the car since I asked. The person who checked me in did look up a coupon for me since now had come in the mail. Also, can we put some type of table in the waiting room. You offer coffee but there is no way to put the cup, book etc.

Best service in the area

I come to Huyndai for all my car maintenance because of Tom Furey. I trust him in helping me make all decisions because of his knowledge, experience and honesty. He is a true professional.

Excellent Customer Service

I took my car in for a ticking noise, that I thought was going to be a concern. The service reps are very friendly and they never hassle about warranty claims. Even while waiting staff goes out of their way to make conversation and I saw the rep that sold me the car and he asked if I was still pleased with the purchase. He remembered me after almost a year, which is nice. The issue was fixed in a timely manner and the free car wash is always nice. At this point if I purchase another car it will be a Hyundai.

Great Service-Friendly Staff at LN Hyundai!

Troy from the service department was awesome! He was very courteous, ensured my privacy when discussing my car situation and worked with me to get my car serviced (I had broken down on I-77) and back to me within 24 hours. The drivers that he assigned to take me home & bring me back to pick up my car were also very polite, drove me safely home and back. I was truly impressed with my experience at Lake Norman Hyundai.

Dean Lyons who sold us our Santa Fa is awesome. I know that I can also email or call him and he will do whatever needs to be done. The reason for our service visit is our navigation system was not working correctly, he was the one that set up everything for us and made sure we were taken care of. His customer service is absolutely awesome.

Excellent dealership

Fast, friendly, and competent sales and service. I had a cup of coffee and talked to a sales rep. Then the car was serviced and ready to go.
