Sold me a 2011 Chevy silverado 4x4 with a defective transmission for 15,000 dollars . Transmission blew and I dont have 4000 dollars to fix it and I'm still making payments on the truck. They lied and said they'd help. No such luck. Don't buy used vehicles from them. They sell Lemmons!

We came in after researching used Rav4 possibilities and Pete assisted us in our purchase. We chose a vehicle in apparent good condition at a fair price so completed the deal the same day. Both Pete and Eric in financing were very helpful and straightforward throughout the process. Pete was apparently new to the Sirius 3 month trial process so we needed some extra help getting that initiated, which he readily provided. A very knowledgeable, experienced team to help through the process!

Jamie was fair and informed me all the way through on process and had a shuttle for me to use for lunchtime. Clean and the service was great on the car

I was shopping around for a vehicle since July when my friends told me to go down to Quality Toyota and see what they could do for me.. so I went down there.. it was so fast and so smooth I will be going there again for another vehicle most defiantly thanks to the polite staff, the excellent financing staff as well.. made me feel like I was part of the family..

Bought my Rav here because of the bottom line pricing. The offered price was fair and they gave me a fair price for my trade. Pete was very helpful and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. There was the usual push to sign up for their extended warranty that I just hate. I would also suggest that they offer floor liners rather than the carpet mats. Give people the option of one or the other.

Scott Murphy and his crew did exceptional work on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My vehicle was looking a little worn and dirty after the winter and I wanted it looking spotless again. I didn't have the time or patience to get every nook and cranny, it's just too much work for one person. I picked up my Jeep on a Friday and was astounded. It literally looked like a new vehicle again, smelled clean as well. I inspected everything and was more than pleased. I have a bad habit of hitting my shoes getting out and leaving scuff marks on the plastic molding at the bottom of the drivers side door and they even took care of those. I couldn't even tell where they had been and I'd tried numerous things myself in the past trying to remove them. I passed on my experience to coworkers who even asked to look inside and see the results. They were equally impressed and asked for Scott's contact information. One even went and set up an appointment to have his vehicle done. Thanks again definitely will be bringing my Jeep in again when it needs it.
