I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an estimate on body work. Mike was quick to address my concerns, gave his recommendations, and explained what would... be done as well as the cost. He was sincere, upfront, and very professional which made me feel like I was making the right choice to have the work done there. I dropped off my vehicle and was given a loaner to get around in until I returned. I arrived back in a few days and my worrying about the paint matching and the end result had been for nothing. My jeep looked brand new again! I couldn't even tell where the damage had been and it brought a smile to my face immediately. Mike went above and beyond which was something I wasn't expecting. As he told me, "I take care of my customers" and I'll have to agree that he does. I even recommended him to my friends and coworkers if they ever need any work done. Thanks again Mike!

The sales staff at Quality Toyota displayed extreme professionalism. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured or tricked. I walked out after buying... exactly what I had planned to buy. A good used car with gap and an extended warranty. Price of the car was fair. As a former car salesman, I was impressed by the ease of the process.

Quality Toyota has done all my service for the past 4 years. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They keep you updated throughout... the entire process as needed. I wouldn’t consider taking my Toyota anywhere else. And when I’m ready to trade, Quality Toyota will be my first choice.

We had a trailer hitch installed on our 2018 Rav 4, and we were very pleased with the whole process. This installation makes our new car even more versatile.

We returned to Quality Toyota because of our positive experiences in the past. Their service department is the reason we will drive an hour to have our... cars maintained there. Mike Holstrom manages an efficient department. Our sales person, Pete Thom, provided us and guided us, through the Information we needed to make this last purchase. He applied no pressure and really made this a great experience.

Brought my Buick park avenue in for service, showed attendant 3 Orange lights on dash, "service vehicle soon" " service engine soon" " security" Left... vehicle 3 days for servicing, Husband picked vehicle up, brought vehicle home, all 3 Orange lights on dash/ still on!! Also received oil change, repaired automatic window switch (satisfactory)

I had a moment to go over the Repair Order with the Advisor that took care... of you and all that is on it is the Oil change and the Window Issue that you had stated. I spoke to the advisor to see if there was any conversation of the lights on your dash and there was none. We would be happy to go over any other details you would like to address. Scheduled a timing belt replacement for my Tundra talked to a service representative about cost and time repair would take and was told about 6 hours so... I asked about a loaner car being I had to drive 60 miles one way and he said yes I could get a loaner car. Arrived at 7:35 am after 60 mile drive and was told no loaner available. Never will I buy from Quality Toyota or have service again! Horrible
I am really sorry to hear that we weren't able to supply you with a loaner vehicle at the time you came in. Sometimes they are in short supply, but i...t sounds like there was a miscommunication because there wasn't one available for you. I will have our Service Manager reach out to you to discuss repairing this relationship, as we would not want this situation to happen to any of our customers. Thank you for letting us know, as we can't get better if we're not aware.
