Absolutely splendid!

Absolutely splendid! Kept me informed secured the parts and returned the truck next day! Notified me via text and phone to keep me updated offered shuttle ride.

Great all-around experience with Thomas Bady and

Great all-around experience with Thomas Bady and Brookdale Chev! The service that I receive on both my Tahoe and Silverado is exemplary. I get free shuttle service to and from the shop and even receive reward points towards my service!!

My original appointment was cancelled without my knowing

My original appointment was cancelled without my knowing because the rep was at training, but the floor manager helped me get set up with another Sales Rep right away. Kevin, my new Sales Rep, was super helpful and helped my wife with our new purchase. The process was smooth and easy, and we really enjoyed our interaction with Kevin. This dealership, overall, provided fantastic service.

Bought a used 2022 sierra and was told by the sales rep,I

Bought a used 2022 sierra and was told by the sales rep,I would get onstar for 3 years. 2 others verified it and thought that was a great deal. Nope it was cancelled after 30 days. Live 3 hours away multipro tailgate was sticking. Told I could only bring it to them and not another GM dealer. They don’t budge on the price. Don’t recommend.

Simple made the process easy and mostly remote, which was great. Lance from the F&I team was fast and efficient. The only downside was the wait time to sign paper for finance?it took a bit longer than expected. Kevin went over everything in the car thoroughly, promised a full charge, and delivered on that promise with a full charge and no decals. Overall, a great experience! Thank you to David for taking a photo of me with my new ride.
