The service was good and done before the appointment was

The service was good and done before the appointment was actually made as I dropped my vehicle off the night before a 1:30 appointment and my vehicle was done by 10:30. I thought I was just coming in for my second oil change and tire rotation and ended up with an alignment and 37,500 mile maintenance. I was not expecting that at all, but the alignment will save the life of my tires. Thanks for the great work.

I feel played about my truck from the contract to the

I feel played about my truck from the contract to the service center. I wish the warranty was explained more detailed. The engine is gone and I had the truck 1 year. All the times I brought the truck in nobody in the service center told me I was having engine problems now I’m stuck with a $18000 balance have no way to get it fixed or get to work and I have 6 kids and still have to pay the car note and insurance on it.

No thank you I’ve found a place to put in a rebuilt engine that has 40,000 miles & it comes with a 3yr warranty and it’s not based on the mileage for $6000. After I pay this truck off I will NEVER buy another vehicle from you or refer anyone else to you. Have a blessed day

I've taken my 2016 Tahoe in for service at least 11 times

I've taken my 2016 Tahoe in for service at least 11 times this year alone purchase it in January problem still has not been fixed motor still ticking possibly lifters that was supposed to be replaced motor still taking
