I recently purchased a used car from Eastern Shore

I recently purchased a used car from Eastern Shore Hyundai in Daphne, Alabama, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. My salesman, Noah, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, answering all my questions patiently and thoroughly. He never pressured me into making a decision and genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect car for my needs. Noah truly exemplifies the best qualities of a car salesperson, and if every salesperson was like him, the industry's reputation would be much different. Matthew, Noah's manager, was also fantastic. He was professional, efficient, and made sure the entire process went smoothly without any hiccups. He was transparent and upfront about everything, which instilled a great deal of trust and confidence in me. Thanks to Noah and Matthew, my car-buying experience was stress-free and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eastern Shore Hyundai to anyone looking for a used car, and I'm already considering returning to purchase another car from Noah in the future. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional service.

Brandon was an excellent salesman.

Brandon was an excellent salesman. He had alot of patience with me and made sure I had every payment option and vehicle comparsion. I brought home a new ride, with all the bells and whistles on my wish list. Matt in Financing was helpful and got the best deal he could. It was a win-win.

I just want to show appreciation for Cindy Darby in the service department. She goes above and beyond. I have had dealings with her for years. She's very respectful and knowledgeable. I usually won't even get my car serviced if she isn't there because she knows how I like things because she has been dealing with me so long.

Very pleasant and helpful people working here.

Very pleasant and helpful people working here. They were very busy on day I went but kept checking on me even offering to take me for food while I waited on financial dept. I highly recommend this dealership, they are knowledgeable and such a good team.

This is our 3rd car in almost 4 years to buy from Eastern

This is our 3rd car in almost 4 years to buy from Eastern Shores Hyundai. We have worked with Darrick every time but he was busy this time so he asked Paul to assist us. Paul did a fantastic job helping me decide between the Palisade and the Santa Fe. He was patient and very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend both Darrick and Paul and will be back to buy from them again. The only reason I am not giving my experience 5 stars is because from the time we decided on the car/price until the time we were able to sign the papers we had to wait 3 hours! I know some people in front of us asked to read the contracts line by line (which is definitely their right) so it took a long time for them to get to us. I don’t know if there is only 1 guy that can point to the box we have to sign or what but once we got in there to sign we were done in 30 minutes. I have never worked at a care dealership so I don’t know the ins and outs but it just seems like a manager or someone could have sat with the people reading the contracts and helped them understand while we were able to go ahead and sign and get out of there.
