Really quite disappointed in this dealership I tried to work a deal on an Audi and they don’t ship even after the ai assistance said they did and they they don’t even try to help point you the right direction to get a shipper. I set an appointment for a call and no one called so until later I spoke to a person I think his name was Jason and didn’t even try to sell the car to me. Once I said I was out of state it was not worth my his time. That’s a good way miss a deal. I spent 20 years selling car for Chevy and Nissan and I would have sent the salesman home for letting a customer walk like that. I guess times change

This company is the WORST EVER. I bought a car that already had a bad transmission so they gave me a warranty but didn't pay for it in time so the claim was denied. Now I have to make payments, twice as much as agreed, for a car dead in the driver. I saw one of the managers drunk at the bar and she told me it happens a lot. She said the owner buys cars with bad engines or trans cheap to have the warranty fix them later. She told me all about the shady tricks they play at the main location.

I have nothing but great things to say, they were very helpful in finding my daughter her first car. The car has been great and the process was fast and friendly. I tell all my friends to go to Ideal.

Sold us a salvage title vehicle and they didn’t even tell us! Car has structural damage and the guy said it hadn’t been in an car accident.

Cars weren’t maintained well and had electrical problems that would only be taken care of after purchase in written agreement. Would not recommend unless looking to spend more after initial purchase of overpriced vehicle

We looked at several trucks at the Mesa Main street location and I believe James was honest with us. He was never pushy and seemed to just want to make us happy. We did not end up buying a truck from them but I would shop there again.

Seemed nice and friendly upfront. The car I test drove a car ran rough and they said we will have it looked at and I never heard back.
