I had such a bad experience buying a Cayenne S from here.

I had such a bad experience buying a Cayenne S from here. I was told the car would be delivered on July 15th. After it was end of July without any updates, I tried contacting both my salesperson and his manager by text and call. It took around two weeks to get a hold of them and that was when finally got an update on what was going on. No one reaches out to give updates and you have to chase them. When I finally got my car on August 29th, they gave me a 4:30 appointment to sign paperwork. I waited over an hour for them to finally let me sign the paperwork around 5:40. When I finally got to see the car, it had a scratch on the side and bubbles on the mirrors and front from coating. They told me the bubbles would be gone in a few weeks and if not they can fix it (it is now end pf September and nothing has changed). They also told me that the scratch would be gone when the car is cleaned. The scratch is very much not gone. I was told to bring the car in next week to fix the scratch but they did not schedule a service appointment still. I finally contacted them again the past week and still no news for a service appointment. Once again I have to chase them and beg them to give me an update or take the car in for service that was supposed to happen 3 weeks ago. Additionally, the car keeps giving errors codes. They told me to just wipe the cameras to resolve this which shows up again every other day. Considering that I just payed 150k, the service I am getting is incredibly frustrating.

First time servicing my Porsche Panamera at Chambers. Mike was my advisor and did a wonderful job checking me in and keeping me posted throughout. Also got to chat with Anya the service manager. She and Mike made me very comfortable as a new customer and I would highly recommend them and the dealership for anything Porsche.

When I called about a deflating tire, Armando said to come in even though the service department was just about to close. He had the crew replace the tire, and then clean not only the outside but the inside of my car. They all stayed way after the closing hour to help me. I was so touched and relieved. What a thoughtful, helpful service manager and crew! I will definitely buy my next Porsche at Herb Chambers in Boston.
