First connected with Nick via email and was happy with his responsiveness and attention to detail. I wanted an aftermarket hitch and Nick was quick to find me a local installer and had it installed days later. I've bought a few cars in my lifetime and this experience was the best of all. Looking forward to buying from Griffin in the future.

Just bought my truck from Nick Griffin of Griffin Ford. I emailed Nick about a vehicle I was interested in. He emailed me right back. Went in the next morning, test drove it, talked trade-in and price, and BOOM I had just bought my truck ! Nick's no pressure, no hassle, laid back approach was very refreshing compared to other car dealerships. It was a GREAT car buying experience. A good experience
I went to Griffin Ford because they have a large budget lot and I needed a budget car. Mark L showed me several cars that would fit my price range and the number of miles I was hoping for. No pressure, but he did give a bit of advice here and there when asked, which I appreciated. I ended up with a very nice 2011 Ford Fusion. All the employees were very courteous and I am a completely satisfied customer

Broken wheel lug bolt
Snapped a wheel lug bolt when applying factory recommended torque during self performed tire rotation. Needed quick service as heading out of town in 2 days. Steve in service returned my call in short order and set up appointment for next morning. Matt in service made it happen and called me to confirm completion in approximately 3 hours which was much faster than anticipated. Thank You!
