Amazing!

I walked into the Lexus dealership knowing I wanted to purchase a hybrid vehicle. I was welcomed by Tom and a beautiful facility. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew everything about the car I wanted to purchase. Everyone else was courteous and disnt have the "car salesman attitude" I truly enjoyed the experience. Good job Lexus of Melbourne.

Outstanding customer service!!

Lexus of melbourne has the best Service consultant. Jaime Coates. She always makes me feel like a valued customer and makes sure I am well taken care of while I am at the dealership. The reason I drive a Lexus IS because of the excellent customer service.

50K service

Elisa Falcon was my service advisor and as always did a fantastic job of getting me in and out as fast as possible. She had my loaner ready when I got there and texted me as soon as my car was done. It's a pleasure to see her smiling face to greet me when I arrive.

Tire Pressure and Routine Maintenance

I called Elisa Falcon and she was able to schedule my appointment later in the same day. Tire pressure was low, I had been out of town for a month, so that issue was easily taken care of. 60,000 maintenance was also taken care of. I was told it would take approximately two hours but I think I was in and out in maybe a little over one hour? Elisa is efficient and a real sweetheart! Maintenance is also always efficient and quick! Like I told Elisa, I love my Lexus and I love the second to none service from this dealership. I could not be more pleased.

Professionalism

The level of professionalism I experience while purchasing my Lexus UX hybrid was second to none. Tom was very knowledgeable, courteous, and most important not pushy. He answered all my questions and knew all about the car I wanted to purchase. In addition to Tim everyone else was friendly and welcoming. It's an A+ for Tom and Lexus of Melbourne.

Security

The sales department was pleasant our salesman Michael Green worked up a good deal and is very helpful after the purchase. Our 2017 RX350 is now 2 years old and have had excellent service. The service department is fast and professional, our service adviser Elisa Falcon is always on time and takes good care of me.

Service Trip

I made an appointment for our cars 10,000 mile checkup. We were met at the door by Elisa Falcon. She was very friendly and took care of the car quickly. Provided us a ride to have breakfast and a contact text to be picked up. Everything was done in a very professional manner. She was awesome. The two young men that shuttled us were very polite and prompt.
