The way the recall was handled validated why I love this dealership! My previous car was not a Lexus. The way that dealership handled that recall they handled that recall was so poor it prompted my immediate purchase of a Lexus. Elisa made it easy and beyond accommodating. Helpful, friendly, both likable and professional
The salespeople were beyond attentive and courteous. They were helpful and concerned about meeting my needs. I like the idea that I get to continue interacting with Virginia Poole as time goes on. I’m very impressed with Lexis of Melbourne.

Great service and fine experience
I received a recall notice for a Takata airbag inflator. I made a call to John Lohne to set up the appointment. He was professional and very accommodating. When I arrived he completed the paperwork quickly and I was on my way to lunch with a free loaner vehicle. The work was completed earlier than promised and to my surprise my vehicle had been washed and the fuel tank topped off. They had checked the tire pressure and corrected a low tire, and advised me that the cabin filter should be changed. I okayed the replacement and was very happy with the small charge for a new filter. The best service of any dealership I have used in the last twenty years.

Very pleased
We are visiting from the North East for the month of March, but our car was due for service. The folks at Lexus of Melbourne couldn’t have been any nicer!! The service center was wonderful, too. The car was done even sooner than estimated, and Steve was friendly and thorough. I would (will!) definitely visit this dealership for service in the future.

I have a 2002 Lexus 300ES (158,000 miles) which Lexus of Melbourne has serviced since it was new. They keep it reliable and are always clear about options and "can this wait". It is the best car I have ever owned...it runs and looks so good that I will keep it a while longer. Your service dept. has been key to my happiness with this car.

Service visited
Great system working with rep, Steve L. It’s a quick In/out with a loaner car ready. This is important to me, as I have a busy job and not a lot of time to wait around. My only thought is it would be nice if they washed the car before returning after service. Mercedes always did this at service completion and it was amazing getting into a clean vehicle.

Always be a LEXUS Lady
Mike, my service guy is the BEST! I had a great Service Guy in Bellevue Wa. and Mike has always outdone himself. The gentlemen that drove my car to get service & the gentleman that drove my car back to me were very kind & helpful. I don’t remember there names because I have fibromyalgia. Which means I have fibro-fog and memory issues. That particular day was very bad & I was in bed most most of it. WENDY REAVIS Love from @wenrella????🏼
