Very efficient friendly and well prepared visit. In an out!

My older Lexus broke down about 20 miles South of Lexus of Melbourne. I called and asked if I could be towed to service. The receptionist got me to the right person Duane Labeur! He got my car in quickly and also gave me a courtesy car because it would be faster than me getting one from a Rental company. Car was needing Alternator, however Service found that i needed recall work on my airbags and parts would take some time. I then reached out to Jim (Sales manager) and he got me a sales consultant Micheal Green whom worked up numbers on a trade in and a pre-owned newer Lexus on the lot. I returned the courtesy Car and ended up purchasing the newer Convertable. I was very impressed with Sales & Service and Juan Illera in Finance. My family will be using this location for other purchases in the future and all my service. Wonderful experience.

Lexus of Melbourne knows how to satisfy their customers.

The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. This was my third vehicle purchase here in the last 12 years. Always a pleasant and exciting experience. Rob LaMarr, my Professor of sales, always a pleasure to work with him. He was supportive from the beginning of the sale process until Ifinally agreed to the vehicle and price I wanted. Always patient and pleasant to work with. My Chief of service John Lohne provided me with much info about the new RX 350 which re-enforced my decision to buy my 3rd RX. He has been my service person for the last 12 years always outstanding support and service.

Very Good Experience

Working with Keith he was able to locate and deliver the specific color and model Lexus we requested quickly. Keith was very knowledgeable of the technology and patiently walked us through the bells and whistles.

Great from start to finish!

From the time I entered my information in TrueCar through my company's perkspot and my credit union, Keith was nothing but helpful. This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle and Keith was patient and knowledge, carefully and accurately answering all of our questions. He was professional and courteous and made us feel welcome from beginning to end. The process was relatively quick and easy. Outstanding Service

Lexus of Melbourne is my "go to" dealership for service on all my Lexus automobiles. Recently I brought in my original '99 RX-300 for a couple of problems. Steve Lasker, my service advisor, provided me a loaner RX-350 while investigating my car issues. In no time at all, Steve called me and advised me of the problem. He had my car back to me by mid-afternoon and fixed the problem. Just a quick word about the dealership: everyone I encounter is always very pleasant from the sales personnel to service folks. Also, the waiting lounge is very nice. However, Steve Lasker stands out in the service department and does a superb job. Thanks again Steve!

Pleasant experience

Nice comfy chairs and large TV and lots of reading material in the waiting area. Free WiFi and snacks. Friendly helpful service! The wait time for service was shorter than expected also! Highly recommend.
