Lexus of Melbourne

This is my fourth Lexus, all from Lexus of Melbourne. I am extremely impressed with all aspects of this dealership and the staff. I truly appreciate the effort of Rob Lamar to get me into my new 2019 RX 350. Rob made the process exceptionally easy from finding me the color and options I wanted, earmarking the incoming car for me and getting me an exceptional deal! I needed a quick turnaround on the scheduled service in order to get to a medical appointment. John Lohne said there would be no problem, and the car was ready earlier than promised, including the customary complimentary wash.
