A friend recommended we go to Lexus of Melbourne and see Robert Lamar. I called Bob and made an appointment to see him. Bob was waiting for us and from the phone conversation knew what we were interested in. The stars lined up for us and a ES350 in the color and equipment we wanted had come in the night before. Bob made the process fun, fair and pleasant. We felt like he wanted us to be customers for a lifetime.
