I didn’t know what to expect when I walked into this dealership but I was pleasantly surprised. Mandy Patterson was my sales consultant and she was great! Very friendly, personable, helpful and professional. She found exactly the right vehicle I was looking for and even gave me extra free “stuff” for my car. His is extremely professional and goes above and beyond any wish we have and has always done a superb job with paperwork and making the lengthy transaction as smooth as possible. He works tirelessly to make sure we are totally satisfied and happy. He follows up after the sale as well. If I owned a dealership I would hire him and promote him immediately! The other reason we come to this dealership is Jamie Coates our service writer. She is busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest and yet always does it right. She always returns calls and makes maintenance a breeze. She is on top of our vehicle's maintenance and keeps us informed of everything we need done to the car. Service is the main ingredient of a great experience next to sales. We do own 2 other cars and those dealerships can't hold a candle to the experience we get at Lexus of Melbourne.
