Oil Change
Very good. Took awhile, but good. Think you should figure out a way to change oil and tires at same time. Maybe they go into different bay. Something to think about to speed up process. I've drove away a few times because of the line and went somewhere else. Because of previous experience knowing the length of time it takes at Ford. Your customer service is awesome, but my time is money too.

Great service
2015 ford truck. Very helpful staff, knew about the product and friendly. Got our options put on fast. We also enjoyed the good popcorn, cookies, coffee and pop. Thank you.

Great Service
Excellent service as always. Had problems with the trunk, first it wouldn't open, then it wouldn't stay shut. After receiving the parts the trunk is working fine. Thanks for the excellent service. Ford is the only individuals that work on our vehicle.
