Quick, efficient and courteous

Been going to Rallye BMW, for the five and a half years. Matthew Carlson is superb. Mr.Carlson is very helpful, professiona, courteousl and prompt.

Poor handling of customer affairs

Almost three months and I have not received a refund for something I shouldn't have been charged for. Service manager is handling this poorly and I will be returning to the dealer on thurs the 19th to follow up on what was told to me taken care of!

After paying for a expensive extensive warranty

I was told that a part that wasn’t under warranty needed to be fixed The price was $2300 After getting a second opinion and I took pictures theirs nothing wrong with that part But what wasn’t fixed was a transmission leak that they found when my car was on the left I have the pictures Which by the way is under warranty I don’t have confidence in Ralley BMW Service Department The same place I purchased my vehicle

Warranty passenger airbag seat mat
