Fast and Easy car buying experience

We have bought our last 3 cars from Harbro. The experience could not have gone smoother. Not hassle, no pressure, no games with the Floor manager. Great cars, great price, no hassle. I'll be back next time I'm looking for a car.

Service Visit

I have been a customer of Harbro for over 30 years and have always been satisfied with their service of my vehicles. I needed an oil change and a tire rotation on my Chrysler. They did the work efficiently and in a timely manner. The service manager Bob was very helpful and courteous.

Best auto transaction I've ever had

I've bought new, used, and lease vehicles over the last 25 years. I've never had as smooth, pleasant, and successful experience as I've had at Harbro Auto Sales. My first interaction was with a salesman named Rick Gaudreau. There was never any pressure, just helpful answers, assurances, and promises to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They delivered on every one of those assurances and promises, with never a negotiation or complaint. The price I paid for my truck was very fair, and their onsite detailing, autobody, and service department made sure it left their lot in better shape than I expected. I saw the vehicle before they went through it and discussed what I would like to see fixed. When I came to pick it up, they had taken care of everything I requested, and done a fantastic job on the detailing. Over the first couple weeks I was driving it, I noticed a couple more problems that weren't immediately apparent. They fixed it all for no change, even though none were safety issues, and frankly I don't feel other dealerships would have been so willing to resolve. Every person I interacted with at their location, including the owner, sales rep, service manager, and mechanic were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. People often think I bought a new truck when they see it, rather than a several year old vehicle. Frankly I cannot think of a single negative aspect to any part of my dealings with them. That's never happened to me before when working with a new or used car dealer, whether it was price, condition, confusion, or service. I will be coming back here next time I am in the market for a vehicle, and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

No pressure experience

I am always apprehensive about buying cars. Some sales persons can be especially pushy. I was attempting to quickly check out the cars at Harbro and leave before I could talk to anyone. However Dave came out and met me and was very friendly and polite. All he asked is what I was looking for and talked to me about what they had. Never once did I feel like I couldn't walk away if I wanted. It was a very comfortable and relaxed experience the whole way through. He communicated honestly and openly about everything involved in the sale. It was a great experience start to finish. I would recommend Harbro and Dave Malo to anyone.

Incredibly happy!!

Amazing from start to finish

They took my trade for a great value and got me approved and able to take home my car in the same day! I couldn't be happier with the service I have received there. This is the second car I've bought from them and the experience is always great!

One of the best experiences you can have at a dealership!

Love how i wasny made to feel pressured into a car i couldnt afford! The costumer service was amazing! Mike knew i wanted this car so bad and did everything he possibly could to make sure it was mine! I didnt feel like just another sale! Im in LOVE with my new car! Couldn't have asked for a better place to go!

We have become a family of Harbro car buyers!!

I wrote a review from my first experience with Harbro - 2013, which was a phenomenal experience. I then bought a car last year, and will write a separate review for that one - again, fantastic experience. But this time, it was for my son. He had hard earned money saved. He found a Jeep that he fell in love with. We dealt with Mike and Dan, and it couldn't have been better. No arguing about the price, exceptional financing rate for my son, the Jeep delivered to him in perfect, beautiful condition. They did extra things, after the price was agreed upon, which was much appreciated, as the mother who worries. So again, I have to say, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Three cars, three years. Yes, it has become a habit, with very good reason. Thank you so much, for all that you do, in making car buying painless, and keeping my family safe!

Best buying experience

To start off everyone at Harbro was kind, curtious and extremely friendly. They all went above and beyond to help us. Thier mechanics are friendly, personable and professional. They made it a point to do the job right the first time. This was our first buying experience with Harbro and will not be the last. Dave Malo was the best sales associate my wife and I have ever met. He made the the entire experience stress free and relaxed. We came a distance after searching endlessly for a specific vehicle that would meet our high standards and Dave and his team made everything happen in one day. We have and will recommend Dave and Harbro to anyone we come across looking for a good quality vehicle.
