I can unequivocally recommend Harbro Auto. When we picked up our car and found they had completely detailed it, that was just so nice. But the best part was originally walking in and becoming friends with the salesman (Rick). By the time we picked up the car, we left feeling more like family. These people are incredible! No pressure whatsoever. Every time we walked through the door, all of the folks there, from manager to sales to clerical to service, made us feel welcome and valued. It is clear that they are not just interested in a one-shot sale; they want customers for life. Do yourself a real favor and check them out!

When we needed a repair done, Aaron Sylvester was amazing in giving us detailed information about the job that was being done. When I received a letter from GM about the additional coverage for that part after the repair, Amy in service has been amazing. She's made all the calls trying to get information about how we go about getting a GM refund for the repair done. Great communication and excellent customer service!

We went in knowing what we wanted. Rick went over truck with us and had us take it for a ride..They fixed the concerns we had and we got a fair trade in for our vehicle. Very easy dealing with and happy with our purchase!

My girlfriends father recommended that I go to Harbro because of the fantastic service that he had there, and I was not let down. Whether it was the owner Mike or the salesman Rick both were very professional and friendly. Mike and Rick both talked me through the financing and showed me exactly how everything was going to work and made it incredibly clear, quick and easy. They worked with me every step of the way and got me into a very nice Sonata Hybrid.

I was driving to a first date, the movie was at 6pm and I live 45 minutes away - as I pull out of my driveway and start driving I realize I have a flat tire. The closest place to pull in, luckily, was Harbro Sales & Service. Their service center was closed at this point, Bob and Amy were getting ready to leave when they noticed me pull up - immediately they asked what was wrong and offered their assistance. I explained the sitatution and they were very sympathetic. In no time they had my car jacked up and my tire off, ready to be replaced with a quote for a quality tire. The most impressive part of this night is that, while I made it to my date admittedly a little later than 6:00pm, I was still able to arrive to the theater before the previews ended and the movie began. If it wasn't for Harbro, Bob, and Amy there would have been no chance I would have even gone through with the rest of my night. The date went well, I left happy, and thanks to Harbro's fantastic urgency and customer service, they now have a new customer who knows he can rely on them even in a pinch or crucial time in need. Thanks guys!

Amy in the service department always puts forth her best efforts to help in any way she can. I am happy to being my truck in for service because I know that it will be done properly and for a reasonable price.

Working with Amy and Bob is wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. Amy even arranged a free "rental" for me while my car was being serviced.

"Treat people the way that you want to be treated" and trust me they do this effortlessly. Rick took the time to get me in the right vehicle.
