Harbro Auto Sales

I recently brought my car to Harbro in Webster for an oil change and tire rotation, and had the pleasure of meeting Daniel Plasse. Daniel was not only quick and thorough with his work, but he even did the extra task of fixing my upside down license plate for me (because I wasn't paying attention when I attached it!) without charge and without complaint. The staff at the Harbro in Webster is friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable.

Purchase was fine till there were issues that were found. Once items that were pointed out that needed to be taken care (cosmetics and replacement parts) promises were made but never came through saying they had no wiggle room. After owning for 7 days come to find out there is an issue with the XM installed radio. I was told that we don't warranty that and go to a GM dealer. Odd that dury the sale process the sales person said you know harbro they will do what ever it takes to make the customer happy. This only happens during the sale and not after I guess. Working on issues now and looking forward to make this agreat review.

We decided to check out Harbro because it has a wonderful reputation in town, it is conveniently located, and they have a great variety of used vehicles in a good price range. We worked with Salesman Tim Burrows who was patient and did not have the "high pressure" attitude that we have come across so many times at the big chain dealerships. We originally test drove a few vehicles two months ago and decided to wait. Last week we called Tim and told him what we were looking for. We gave Tim a long list of priorities for our vehicle purchase and he never blinked, he just went to work to match a vehicle to our needs. Tim called back to let us know he had a great vehicle, in our price range with everything that we had been looking for. Most Salesmen are all about the sales and putting cash in their pockets. I have to say that the experience with Tim Burrows was quite unique in that we felt he really put us as a family on his priority list. It was nice to feel "looked after" instead of taken for a ride which has been an unfortunate experience in the past at some other dealerships. I would certainly shop Harbro again, I would also make sure that we snagged Tim as a salesman..although I think all the salespeople at Harbro are nice...Tim was simply outstanding in our opinion. Any time we called with a question or concern Tim was there to answer it, or call us back quickly with the answer. Its nice to know that we have found a dealer that we can trust, rely on, and shop with in the future!! Thanks Tim, we love our new Envoy!!

I had spent several weeks going from dealer to dealer looking for a new vehicle. One that I could afford and one that I wasn't being rushed into. All the dealers I had dealt with just wanted to get down to paperwork regardless if I was hesitant because I wasn't sure if I really liked the vehicle. Just because it was in my price range doesn't mean I should just buy it. I saw a car on the lot at Harbro in Webster, test drove it and feel in love. Tony was friendly, helpful with all of my questions and when I had a little trouble with my bank he said no worries we deal with several. Not only did he take the time to explain everything to me he didn't make me feel rushed or like I was a bother. I will NEVER go anywhere again. Thank you Tony for making my experience a pleasure. I stopped in to check on some parts that were ordered for my used car. Karen was going to set up an appointment for me but decided to take the vehicle "Right Now" since there was space in the shop for it. This was a nice jesture as I work far away from there and I would have had to find alternate tranportation. Thank you Karen!

I have been a customer of Harbro Auto for 12 years. I have bought six cars from Harbro in those twelve years. Harry Malkasian, head of sales, is an outstanding automotive advisor. He knows cars, and he listens to what customers want and need in a car. Harbro staff are professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I trust Harbro completely. I am always treated with respect and courtesy by their staff. Customer service advisor Dee, and Karen are second to none. They always help me find the best deals on repair parts for my car(s) without compromising quality. Customer safety is at the top of their list, as well as customer satisfaction. I have received many discounts and deals that have saved me money while still getting the best service on car repairs. Harbro mechanics such as John T., Dave, and Wes repair a vehicle, it stays repaired. The only automotive repair shop I will go to is Harbro. Car shoppers, when you go to Harbro you will get their Attention,Courtesy, and Efficiency.

I purchased a used vehicle in the Linwood office and worked with Harry who was wonderful to work with. He was patient and understanding and asked alot of questions so he knew what i was looking for. I have also gone to the Webster store for auto repairs and Ethan and Dan worked on my vehicle and I was very pleased with them and the service they provided. When you first call to make appointments you deal with the customer service person; Andrea and she is very easy to speak with and has a kind disposition. I would recommend Webster Harbro for repairs any time.

We were recommended to start our car search at Harbro. It seemed like a popular place (we had driven by so many times and each time it seemed like the lot was filled with different cars) so we decided to stop in. We worked mostly with Mike who made the process seem easy from the start. We must have driven ten cars at Harbro and I never once felt rushed or passed off. Mike personally returned my calls and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was extremely knowledgeable about every car on his lot, including the ever popular gas mileage question. Mike also talked to us in length about the specific car we test drove, but also about different cars in the same car category and what made each one different. A HUGE plus about a used car dealership, especially Harbro who even offered to find me the car of my dreams even if it wasnt on their lot. This was definitely the first dealership I have ever felt comfortable at. Customer service and attention to detail are both big factors for me. My habit has always been to buy brand new cars, but I can honestly say I will return to Harbro for my next vehicle.

Excellent people Great service I bought approx 8 cars in my family fom Harr Bro.The tech's are very trained in there cars.Service is always fast and work is done properly I will always recomend Harr Bro Dealership.

We sold our vehicle to them from nh craigs list and did the deal over the phone.I found them to be very very honest and they did just what they said they would do.When I get ready for my next vehicle I will definitely do business with them as I found this to be a very pleasant experience.
