I very recently had a total hip replacement & was in need of a used car.it was very hard to get in and out of many car's but Tony was very kind and considerate.really went above and beyond.for serveral days`work with me to fine a car that was both economical & comfortable.I was also interested in a car that had low mi.the price was right.and I needed it ASAP!.Tony not only made sure i had it in twenty four hr's.but called and gave me updates.he made sure ihad the fianancing where i wanted it.It was my pleasure to do bussiness with the Harbro family.esp.Tony Waters.I will and have reccommended friends to Harbro(Tony). Harbro purchased my car. I could not have been more pleased with the ease of the transaction. They did everything and were very friendly and professional. I will keep them in mind in the future. The owner contacted me directly and Heather Goodwin took it from there. Heather was extremely helpful.

I couldn't be happier with my truck buying experience at Harbro. I had some bad experiences at other used car dealers in the past, and after experiencing how friendly and helpful everyone at Harbro is, I will definitely be going back for the the rest of my vehicle buying and servicing needs.

Awesome people. They go through great lengths to make sure my family and I are happy! They helped throughout the whole process of me getting my dream car. They are great with their service and always keep me updated on the details of needed or suggested repairs on my MINI.

I stopped in to check out a car. Tony Waters came out to help me, he gave me some info regarding the car and I liked what I heard. I came back at night with my husband to test drive the car - we were happy with the car. Tony made the transaction quick but efficient. The next day he had the car ready and we made the trade. This was the quickest transaction and I felt very comfortable with the whole deal. He (Tony) told me not to hesitate to call him if I had any questions or concerns. I found this experience a very painless one as buying a car can be very long and tedious.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff. Other factors included: Warranty based on car mileage No charge for document handling All defects repaired before delivery Safety check & wiper replacement Free oil change & next oil change free 3-ring binder containing all documents

Working with Harbro was a completely stress-free and...

Working with Harbro was a completely stress-free and enjoyable experience! Mike found me the EXACT car I was looking for in about 36 hours and I took delivery only after Harbro went through the car with a fine tooth comb looking for any and all problems that might arise. I'm now a Harbro customer for life and would highyly recommend their business to all!!

This was by far the BEST used or new car buying...

This was by far the BEST used or new car buying experience start to finish that I have ever been involved in over 30 years! Tim politely introduced himself and said "if I had any questions or requests that the STAFF and he would be here if needed, then he let me browse the lot that had a good variety of inventory. I test drove several vehicles (which was no problem), we discussed my plan & needs, my trade options, & financing options. There was no pressure, they were here to service the customer! I brought my wife back & again we were allowed to browse at our own speed without being hounded. When ready she test drove vehicles we were interested in narrowed it down to a 2007 Ford Edge. We sat down with Tim, discussed our trade in's, monthly payments, interest rate and payment terms. This dealer did all the necessary paper work, RMV running, insurance company calls & even set up the credit union paper work. What a pleasant surprise. They sent our vehicle to the mechanics for a finale check and upon our return they replaced fluids, wipers, brake pads & rotors, 4 brand new tires with alignment's...after we had a deal with NO additional charges to me. They said the vehicle was not leaving the lot unless it was right...that type of treatment sets them apart from the competition. We arrived to sign papers which took minutes because all was in detailed order in a personal note book with several perks to use after the sale. Tim thanked us several times for our business, put the plates on the SUV, we were on our way. NO surprises, no hiccups just positive personal service. Thanks Harbro

I've never had such a pleasant buying experience from start to finish. I will certainly buy another vehicle from this dealer. The sales and service team did everything to make sure that I would be completly happy with my vehicle including an uncoditional warranty stating if I did not like the vehicle for any reason, bring it back for full refund. Thank you Harbro.

Needed a car so i stopped by Harbro and talked with Tony....

Needed a car so i stopped by Harbro and talked with Tony. He happened to have the exact make and model i was looking for, right down to the color. I listened to him tell me what i thought might be the usual pitch from a salesman to get you to buy NOW! We completely check out every car we sell. Our service department will go through everything before it leaves the yard, etc.! Tony wasn't kidding, Harbro did EVERYTHING they said they would and more! Couldn't be happier. Harbro rates right up there with some of the best businesses i have ever dealt with....BUY FROM HARBRO WITH CONFIDENCE!!! Sincerely Louis T. Webster, MA
