Everything is good when they are making the sale, but once I realize the windshield they put in was leaking they wouldn’t pay for me to fix it. So I waited... to repair it until I had some extra dough, and in the mean time the leak causes my ac/heat to stop working. Now I have to pay $1200 to fix that and then the windshield. We called them and said we had extended warranty but they said they won’t cover. What’s the point in paying for if it doesn’t pay for anything!! They were super rude and unprofessional to my husband on the phone.

My experience with Yates has always been great. Recently bought a new Enclave, and Zac and Tony couldn't have been more helpful in the process. I felt... the entire staff went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my car and informed about all the features. I've always had good luck with the service department as well, and the dealership has made any needed repairs promptly. Yates has what it takes in my book!
