Top Notch customer service
I'm really glad I chose Texan dealership to purchase my new truck the customer service was above and beyond and it was a pretty quick process I did not feel pressured to buy something that I did not want the only downside is my new truck comes with two key fobs and the second one has been misplaced at the dealership and I'm still waiting to hear back as to whether they're going to mail it or I have to pick it up

Overrated
Before I go in for my rant , I would like to give Bobby Russ a huge pat on the back. He is great and I would love to work with him again but just not at this dealership. This gentlemen is sharp, well rounded, and knows the product he is selling. This bad review is solely based on the management’s lack of respect for their customer. I went there for a vehicle and of course the price they advertise is if you somehow qualify for all the rebates which people with good or great credit don’t. Already right there proves they are the dealership you should just avoid. After they come back with a higher price than advertised, they low ball you on your trade. Next, after you reject their deal and laugh at them, the manager comes out and tries to convince you your trade is worth less than it is and he is giving you a xxxx of a deal on his vehicle. Moving forward after a little discussion, the manager gets you about 2/3 of the rebates you lose out on because of their false advertisement and tries to convince you he is losing money. Long story short, between the dealership false advertisement and the low ball offer on your trade in, they tried to screw me out of $5,000 and convince me to take a loan at 6% and an extra year. What a joke!

Always the best service!
Always go above and beyond! Part of my control on my driver seat was no longer attached and a simple zip tie that one of your guys placed on is fixed the problem. I know it seems like such little thing but it makes me happy to know that someone would take the time to do that. But it's not the only time. Other times I've come in needing something else simple and I get in my car and it looks brand new. They have fixed or replaced all the things that were neglected by me. Gonna keep coming here. In fact my get my next car there. Thank you!!!
