Excellent Sales Effort
Jim Laumer did a great job working through the process. He was very understated in his approach. Nothing turns a customer off more than an aggressive approach. Jim understands this and through his knowledge of the vehicle and appreciation of reasonable price steered me to the right car. While competitors had similar vehicles I preferred to work with Jim.

Road side assistance to dealership
I had to use roadside assistance to get my car to the dealership while out of town. Very disappointed with the service of roadside assistance. The dealership helped facilitate getting my car after a failed phone call attempt. I had someone at. My house all day on the day that roadside promised to come pick it up. The dealership made it happen 7 1/2 hours later.

Poor service
I had a problem with the service. The o-ring for the oil filter was omitted which resulted in oil leaking in my driveway. I called BMW service to have the vehicle towed, there were no tow trucks available at first but I called later and a truck was available. My vehicle was delivered but when I called to check on the progress I was informed that my vehicle was not on the lot. After 24 hours and several phone calls my vehicle was located and the service was completed. I received a call from Steve the service manager to apologize for the poor service, he offered to have someone come out and clean the spillage in my garage and a complimentary car detail.

BMW Service
Car was ready when promised. However, i am still having an issue. I called today and was able to get service right a way with a loaner....quite a relief. Very happy with overall experience!

Excellent Personal Attention
I purchased my first BMW from Debbie Bednar seven years ago. Since then, I have been sold on the brand and the salesperson. She is knowledgeable, attentive, frank and personable. She knows the products and can best match your needs with the right vehicle and amenities. Over the years, my husband and I have made two additional purchases from her. Donna made the purchase experience the best I have ever had
This was my first experience with BMW Cleveland and my introduction to the brand. I could not have been more pleased with the level of professionalism and personal attention that Donna Steinel displayed during the entire process, for example, contacting me to let me know when the tags and plates would be arriving and showing me how the car's entertainment and navigation worked. I live two and a half hours away from BMW Cleveland and there is a level of trust that a buyer needs to develop when negotiating for a vehicle, unseen. Donna worked with me to get a fair deal and ensured that upon my arrival in Solon, that my leap of faith was fully warranted.
