We arrived at the dealership on a quiet Sunday afternoon looking for a Pre-Owned BMW. To our surprise we were able to look over the vehicles that were on the lot without being accosted buy overzealous sales personnel. We found a vehicle that we were interested in and we were luckily contacted by Billy Freyberger, BMW Encinitas Salesman. Billy's friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease and made our buying experience totally stress free. While signing the documents we were assisted by Eddie in Finance, who was also extremely polite and professional. We ultimately ended up purchasing a beautiful Pre-Owned automobile that we trust will preform to the standards of how the BMW Encinitas Dealership is representing its self. With that said we believe we received nothing but excellent service and will highly recommend this dealership to others!

Overall very low key, easy experience leasing a car from this dealership. Our sales associate Billy is very laid back and personable. Never felt any pressure to buy or lease. Overall, everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Not the prettiest building in the world but that translates into lower overhead. I would definitely do business with them again. Thank you Billy. The doctor ( Notorious MD) gives BMW of Encinitas a favorable prognosis for fair, no pressure car shopping.

Jeremy was able to deliver the color of our choice on a new 328i by trading with another BMW dealer in Orange County. We got a good price and we're pretty happy with the buying experience. However, the follow up was mediocre. I never heard back after a week. Supposedly, someone should have called within the next few days after purchase to schedule an appointment to show us how to operate this new vehicle....
