I went in to get the oil changed on my 2008 Yaris and left with a 2011 Camry. Thanks to Barry :) I've bought 2 cars from Toyota of NWA, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I love the personal service from each of the employees at Toyota of NWA. The FREE carwash and snack area are great too!

We needed a new Avalon because someone ran into our old Avalon and the insurance Company totaled it out. We loved it so much, that we knew exactly which car we wanted. We went to Northwest AR Toyota just to look. Barry Richardson was there. He showed us around and the exact Toyota we wanted was on the floor. He was very helpful, but did not try to change our minds about what we wanted. He bent over backwards to help us get the car we wanted. The people were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We will enjoy dealing with them again.

I have bought 2 new cars from Mr. Robert Argueta, he is always nice , polite and very professional. I have given his business card to many people, I have reinforced other customers confidence in Robert, only to be told they already knew how wonderful he was to work with. Robert always has a smile and a handshake for me no matter how busy he is. It is my intention to let you know you have a keeper in Mr. Robert Argueta and I am always pleased to see him, and he doesn't pressure me at all to upgrade my car like I told him I want to, he is a patient professional. In the Car business there are so many Shark type salespeople, please recognize the fact that Mr. Robert Argueta is by far unique and different, he is truly a real person. I should know, I used to work for Car Mart in 1996 and my Dad sold used cars for the Packard Dealer in Omaha, Nebraska. I also wish to commend the service dept for treating me great also when I come in for a car wash every week: Steve, Frank, J.C., Josh, Charlie, Clint, Brooke, Johnny and Pat come to mind and most of these people call me by name and treat me as if I am your biggest customer. When researching Toyota dealerships in Missouri and Arkansas I spoke to Barry Richardson via phone and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Barry Richardson was the main determinant for us visiting this dealership from our home in Missouri. It was well worth the 2+ hour trip there. He was courteous and eager to assure our trip to his dealership was pleasant . His customer service was the best I have encountered in a auto dealership and he represents this Toyota dealership with pride. We were impressed with the entire dealership and everyone we had contact with and at no time did we feel high pressure sales from anyone. I highly recommend this dealership for the purchase of your next Toyota. It is quite evident that everyone takes pride in their dealership. We have owned many vehicles and the last several have been Toyotas. All my other family members own Toyotas also and none are disappointed in the product.

We went to just look for a car that would provide our family with better gas mileage not planning on buying that day. But once we meet Barry we felt his knowledge and the dealership in general was a great fit. We planned on looking elsewhere but after speaking with Barry and the rest of the team we decided to buy from Northwest Arkansas Toyota and that is very unusual for us. We are the type of people that like to look around before buying. After talking with everyone we did not feel the need to look elsewhere. We were provided with a great deal and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Barry as a salesperson and this dealership if you are looking for an overall great buying experience.

Went to Toyota of NW Arkansas with thoughts of test driving and purchasing a 2010 Highlander after emailing their internet person Angelique Morales. However, when we arrived Barry Richardson was our salesman. Barry was most helpful when I test drove the Highlander and the Venza. He answered all my questions comparing the two for my needs. He guided us through the buying process and the negotiation was pretty "painless". They went above and beyond to find a mutual ground on a purchasing price. Traded in my X5 BMW for the Tacoma PU and wow I was/am pleased. The sales representative was personable, knowledgeble and made the whole process a great experience for sure. Steve Pruitt was my entrance and first exposure to NW Toyota and he paved the way for what was to follow. Outstanding service for sure. I thought only the high end dealerships like BMW and Range Rover were top notch in service and customer service but how wrong I was. I had owned a Range Rover before the X5 so feel I had been spoiled with service and then I find NW Toyota and boy was I wrong. The service plan I purchased is well worth the price and oh the customer service from the moment you drive into the service bay is outstanding. I cannot say enough about all the employees at the dealership. The physical plant, the cleanliness, service and attitudes of all make this a first class dealership for sure. My thanks to Steve and all the employees of NW Toyota for outstanding job well done! I love my Toyota Tacoma as well, it drives as good as the BMW and is so useful for my B&B here in Eureka Springs. I have not regreted trading in the BMW at all.

Clint did an exceptional job setting up my toyota which...
Clint did an exceptional job setting up my toyota which was due to a 90k mile check up. He did a great job educating me on the premium check up versus the standard check up. Clint also set up a loaner car for me and waited one minute before closing for me to return. They detailed the car for me while they had the work done, also Clint caught a recall that was required and did this for me as well. He also spent so time with me on projecting what work would be needed on the next visit or check up. Clint showed outstanding professionalism and I have already encouraged some of my 60 employees to take their car there if they need repairs and ask for Clint. thanks for your service, I highly appreciate it. Our experiance at NWA Toyota was pleasant and our salesman was friendly and professional. Brian and his manager worked hard to crunch those numbers to put us in the car we wanted. I wasn't really expecting to go home with a new car that day but that is exactly what happened. The whole experiance was quite painless and now I am driving my dream car.
