I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with this Dealership. I called to inquire about a SUV, I dealt with Jason, he was able to get My Wife and I approved in 20 Minutes. Jason was very Professional. The Paperwork went fast and easy. My Payment is affordable. Our new to us, Hyuandai Santa Fe is Great. It needed a couple things, and theyre taking care of it. I can't say enough about Jason, and Pine Grove Auto Sales.

I saw a truck online that I liked, the dealer is not local to me (about 90 mins away) - so I emailed to request information. Completed a credit app online and submitted to Jason, a bit concerned as I do not have great credit. I received a GOOD approval with no money down very quickly! In addition, I was offered a 2 year extended warranty. I expressed my serious interest and Jason answered all my questions very quickly via email as I was working. We went to see the truck after work. Upon arrival, Ken greeted me, keys in hand for my wife and I test drive. Of course I loved the truck. Returned to the office and paperwork was ready for signatures. From the time I pulled into the lot, until I pulled out in my new truck was literally 30 minutes TOTAL! Absolutely fantastic experience.

I was in a dire need for another vehicle. I knew it was needed the day I walked in and was already approved for the loan. Ken did a wonderful job staying within by budget and getting me in a car that day. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I recently bought a truck from Pine Grove Auto. While the sales person was nice, their lack of follow through and attention to detail was horrible. We agreed to buy the truck on a Monday and agreed to return on Wednesday evening to sign the paperwork. We have a very young infant and a 5-yr old in our family so I asked to have the paperwork ready to sign as soon as we arrived so my wife could leave quickly. I was assured everything would be ready when we arrived. It wasn’t. No biggie, things happen. Eventually, after a few printer malfunctions and input errors, the paperwork was ready and off my wife went. I waited for the truck to be finished in their cleaning area and when I hopped in the truck I immediately noticed that while the outside of the truck looked great, the inside of the truck was not detailed. Dust, grime and hair was evident. No biggie, things happen. I was about 2 miles down the road when I realized that the hood was unlatched. Apparently the detailer forgot to close the hood all the way after he polished it. No biggie, things happen. About a day later we got a call from our salesman stating that they were switching financing companies (to save .25% interest) and we would have to return to sign the new paperwork. Getting somewhat annoyed, I agreed to drive to them after my work day while my wife agreed to drop everything, pack our infant and preschooler in the car and go sign immediately. When I arrived to sign, I saw that they had my wife sign in the wrong spots! They then had to reprint everything and have me sign. They asked me to have my wife come over immediately to sign to which I said “no way, you work that out with her to find a convenient time for her.” The salesman ended up coming to our house a few days later to have her sign. Figuring everything was behind us we hitched our travel trailer up to the truck to go on a camping trip. Our camper weighs 6,000 lbs and the truck has a towing capacity of 10,000 lbs, however, halfway through our trip the transmission temperature and engine temperature shot up to their redlines! We limped home without overheating and I dropped the truck off with my trusted mechanic who changed the transmission fluid & filter at my request and informed me that I had a bad clutch fan. “Oh yeah,” he said “your truck is missing the front suspension stops.” Growing frustrated I reached out to my salesman to ask about the warranty coverage they provided and to see if they would pay for the suspension stops. Well, the salesman promised to call the warranty company and get back to me by Monday afternoon. After waiting around until the following Friday, never hearing back from Pine Grove Auto, I contacted the warranty company myself to find out the clutch fan wouldn’t be covered. I can safely assume Pine Grove Auto won’t be giving me new suspension stops either. To top everything off, this past weekend I started the truck up to hitch up our camper. After startup my brake pedal was shuttering like crazy and required pumping before it would settle down. Bad booster? ABS going out? Who knows, but if the charcoal colored brake fluid is any indication, I’m looking at another major expense. This one’s on me though because I definitely should have looked at the fluid before purchase. All of this happened before our first payment was due. I hope your experience with Pine Grove Auto will be different than mine, but I can’t recommend them to anyone. If I were you I would be skeptical of all of their positive Google reviews since my salesman encouraged both me and my wife several times to leave a positive review, making sure to “use a different IP address” for the second review. I’d love to leave a second negative review but, well, multiple reviews would be unethical.

Dealer response

Hello Chris, I tried to call you. I completely understand why you are upset. The manager/salesperson that caused this problem is no longer employed at Pine Grove Auto Sales. I am getting involved after the fact, but would like the opportunity to make this right. It is my understanding that the truck was not brought to our shop for any of the existing problems, so I am asking you to please bring your Silverado to Pine Grove Auto and give us a chance to fix the issues!

OVERALL OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Finding my Truck and this dealership was clearly by accident BUT it was a blessing. Dealing with Andy & Jason really made the deal happen, They went above and beyond to do everything in their power to make sure my wife and I were completely happy. First, it was inspected, detailed, complete engine inspection and service done, state inspection, New tires. there wasn't anything over looked. I only wish I found the dealership and my truck 4 months earlier. Thanks again Andy & Jason.
