Crooked service department
They caused thousands in damage to my vehicle and then blamed me for it! Vehicle had warranty work done, same part failed less than 70 miles later. Then they tried to blame me for failure said i was 'abusing' vehicle! Stay far away from here.

Best Car Buying Experience!
This was the best no hassle, easiest, most convenient car buying experience I have ever had. I was able to communicate with my salesman, Darius Brown, in advance explaining exactly what it is I was looking for. I specifically advised that the car-fax needed to confirm that the car did not come from disaster stricken states, needed to be a specific make and model, price, etc., He sent me links to a few, of which I fell in love with one, located at a different location. We maintained communication and I did not step foot into the dealership until my Hot Lava Rav4 was available for me to test drive. Darius went and picked the car up himself and brought it for me to test. Once I made my decision, Joanna and Alexis helped with the paperwork completion and worked with the bank to finalize everything and I was able to drive away with my car the next morning. No hassle and constant communication before I ever went to the dealership really helped. Darius listened to my request and found me exactly what I was looking for. I hate when dealers try to push you to get something you don't want but they have available and completely ignore your specific request. This was not what I experienced with Cadillac of South Charlotte. Best Experience in buying a car.

Cadillac of South Charlotte
We purchased our Cadillac from Cadillac of South Charlotte in December of 2015. We live in SC but always drive to this dealership for service (70 miles). We were just there 2 weeks ago and were greeted by Bryan Gunter. He did a fantastic job of helping us even though he was not our original assigned advisor. Bryan went out of his way to make our experience fantastic and he did. I highly recommend this dealership.
